The DJI Zenmuse L2 is a gimbal-mounted aerial LiDAR payload for surveying and mapping. It combines a LiDAR module, a high-accuracy IMU and a 4/3-inch 20 MP RGB mapping camera on a 3-axis gimbal. It mounts on the DJI Matrice 400, Matrice 350 RTK and Matrice 300 RTK (the last needs the DJI RC Plus). The 905 nm LiDAR detects targets up to 450 m away at 50% reflectivity, supports up to five returns and records up to 1.2 million points per second in multi-return mode. DJI specifies 5 cm horizontal and 4 cm vertical accuracy at 150 m. The payload weighs about 905 g and is rated IP54.
